Design, Strategy, and UX Improvement

2017 - airboat was launching a new product. At the same time the product page was not performing well according to user studies. I was tasked with the redesign of this highly important page that captured customers during their rather lengthy path to purchase. With multiple stakeholders all with distinct needs and points of view, I was able to create a new design that, according to heat maps and other data, has improved the customer experience, focussing them on strategic areas on the page and moving them to the store.
